The Windows Phone Marketplace just crossed an important milestone: There are now over 10,000 apps available for Windows Phone 7! This comes according to the Windows Phone AppList, which also provides some interesting data points around those apps.

Citing the Windows Phone AppList, WPCentral notes that Windows Phone Marketplace has surpassed the 9,000 app milestone. The expectation is that we’ll hit 10,000 apps sometime this month. That AppList site is pretty sweet, by the way.
