Most of the people who are reading along here are probably familiar with the fact that Microsoft has a set of developer-oriented tools and technologies for creating Windows Phone 7 applications and games. These include such things as Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone, Silverlight and XNA, among others. But you might not be as familiar with Expression Blend 4 for Windows Phone, which, like Microsoft’s other Windows Phone developer tools, is absolutely free. Expression Blend is a UI designer tool, basically, as you might expect, the Windows Phone version is tailored exclusively to Microsoft’s new smart phone platform.
Courtesy of Adam Kinney, here’s a 90-second video describing what this tool is all about.
Good stuff!

EB4 is still not final though, neither is XNA 4 iirc. Both are at RC stage. Hope they get these to RTM soon so devs can work with the final version of the tools sooner.
Wow. That’s impressive to see it in action. Based on what you reported, EB4 for WinPhone 7 is expected to be free even after RTM (??). This makes for a compelling development platform that would benefit the WinPhone 7 ecosystem.
